I’ve been training with Sama for a few months now and I can honestly say he’s an outstanding personal trainer. He’s motivating, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging, always pushing me to reach my full potential. I have been training with Sama for quite some time now. He is very knowledgable on all things to do with training from the workouts to the diet plans. He is always there to give you any advice you may need to get the optimum results, his work ethic and willingness to help you are second to none. I have made huge leaps in terms of my strength and fitness since Sama became my PT. Very easy to arrange sessions with always on time and turns up when he says and always pushes me to get the best out of every session that I can.
Would highly recommend for anyone just starting there fitness journey or like myself someone who is retuning to their journey. Sama truly is helping me to change my life and I cannot thank him enough.
